Your Strategic Support Specialist will leverage extensive experience as a warfighter, senior military leader, and seasoned professional within the Executive and Legislative branches to align the Company’s goals with the needs of the warfighter and the operational realities of government functions. Through operational insight, use-case development and go-to- market strategies this support bridges the gap between innovative defense technologies and the processes necessary to deliver them to those who need them most, while driving market positioning and expansion.

Your Strategic Support Specialist will assess the Company’s current messaging, branding, advertising and market segmentation to identify key audiences in the defense sector.  They will support the development of a focused communications strategy to articulate the Company’s value proposition, create targeted messaging for government stakeholders, industry partners, and investors, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement through presentations, press releases, strategic media placements and thought leadership to support long-term growth and evolving strategic objectives.

Your Strategic Support Specialist will assess the Company’s current engagement with Congress and identify opportunities to build meaningful relationships with key lawmakers and staff. They will develop a tailored strategy to advance the Company’s objectives on Capitol Hill, ensuring alignment with legislative priorities and national defense initiatives. By fostering connections with relevant committees, caucuses, and policymakers, they will position the Company as a trusted partner in shaping defense policy, seeking congressional funding, and securing support for critical programs.

Your Strategic Support Specialist will evaluate the Company’s current business development efforts, identify immediate opportunities within the defense sector, and craft a focused plan to engage potential customers, partners, and stakeholders effectively. They will actively pursue and cultivate relationships with key defense industry players, strategic partners, and government agencies, aligning the Company’s offerings with market demands to drive credibility and revenue growth.

Your Strategic Support Specialist will provide high-level advisory support to the Company’s executive team, and growing staff serving as a trusted partner and expert resource in navigating and understanding the complex challenges and processes in the defense technology business.  Your Strategic Support Specialist will provide expert guidance to the executive team on critical decisions, including market entry, growth strategies, and operational alignment with government and industry requirements.
